My senior prom was held last night and for that reason I had to doll myself up. I wanted to wear a suit, but my sister reigned havoc on me. I came to the venue just to see 3 other girls wearing suits for fun.

I never felt so much regret in my entire life.

The evening went well. The classmates who 'missed me like crazy' merely gave a simple greeting and went their way to be fussed by their boy/girlfriends and co.

Besides the food, karaoke performances and the ever cliched slow-dances, there was nothing of interest to me so I left. And to my surprise, I managed to meet up with some guy friends who were staying over [it was a hotel] and made my night fantastic again.

As the photos were uploaded on Facebook, some realised they couldn't find me in any and asked why. The answer was simple.

Though cameras were flashing away at every angle and second, I managed to dart them all.

It's a skill that took years [and candid shots] to master.

I'm like a ninja like that.
